When sending a message, you will be asked to provide some personal information, such as your name, email address, and location. The name and location will be listed publicly on our website after your message has been drawn; it will appear in an opening frame and in the caption of the message video.
The information you provide to us is information you are asking us to make public. This includes not only the messages you sent and the metadata provided with the message, such as the time it was submitted. Your public information (name, message and optionally location) is broadly disseminated, which means these are, for example, indexable by any search engine.
We will not make public your email or disclose it to any third party under any circumstance. We only require your email address to provide you with a notification and a link to the video of your message after it has been drawn by the robots.
The videos are hosted by a third party service: Youtube. You can read the private policy of Youtube on their website(www.youtube.com/t/privacy_at_youtube). These videos are owned by OUTRACE and will be used as a part of the installation project for the London Design Festival 2010 designed by KRAM/WEISSHAAR with the support of AUDI AG.
Our Services will be active and available to the general public during the London Design Festival from September 16–23 2010. Its primary purpose is to let the general public take control of eight large scale industrial robots.
Our Servers automatically record information (‘Log Data’) created by your use of the services. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, the referring domain, pages visited and search terms.
